I have the privilege of introducing the #TSbPASS bill in the Telangana legislature today
#TSbPASS is a time bound Online Approval Single Window system, with a view to improve transparency & make it easy for citizens to get building & layout approvalsSelf-certification and deemed approvals make it a landmark legislation in municipal reforms
Highlights of #TSbPASS
No permission required for residential buildings in plots with upto 75 Sq yards & with height upto 7 mtrs
Instant approval for residential buildings in plots above 75 Sq yards & upto 600 Sq yards (height upto 10 mtrs) based on self certification
Single Window approval for all Layouts/Buildings in plots above 600 Sq yards and height above 10 mtrs within 21 days
Simple procedure, approvals based on self certification, onus of responsibility on citizens & no human interface with officials
In case any ULB/Municipality fails to meet the deadline of 21 days, automatic deemed approval on 22nd day will be issue online to the citizen
