రాష్ట్రంలోని పట్టణ మరియు గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాలకు అనుమతి లేని మరియు చట్టవిరుద్ధ లేఅవుట్లు

తెలంగాణ. కొత్త G.O Ms.No. 131 నిబంధనల వివరాలతో విడుదల చేయబడింది
“ఆమోదించబడని మరియు చట్టవిరుద్ధ లేఅవుట్ల క్రమబద్ధీకరణ”.
ఈ G.O ప్రకారం, దరఖాస్తుదారు ఆన్‌లైన్ దరఖాస్తును లేదా మీ-సేవా వద్ద దాఖలు చేయాలి
రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ మొత్తాన్ని చెల్లించడం ద్వారా కేంద్రం. వ్యక్తిగత ప్లాట్ యజమానులు చెల్లించాలి
రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ మొత్తం రూ. 1000 / – అప్లికేషన్ మరియు లేఅవుట్తో పాటు
డెవలపర్లు మొత్తం లేఅవుట్ కోసం రూ .10,000 / – చెల్లించాలి.

ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవడం:

వెబ్‌సైట్‌ను ఉపయోగించి ఆన్‌లైన్ దరఖాస్తును దాఖలు చేయవచ్చు

“Apply for LRS” ఎంపికను ఎంచుకోండి, కింది స్క్రీన్ కనిపిస్తుంది.
Step 1: దరఖాస్తుదారుడి మొబైల్ నంబర్‌ను నమోదు చేయండి

Step 2: దశ -2: OTP సంఖ్యను నమోదు చేయండి

అప్లికేషన్ పొందడానికి Validate OTP పై క్లిక్ చేయండి

OTP అందుకోకపోతే, OTP ను తిరిగి పొందడానికి Resend OTP బటన్ పై క్లిక్ చేయండి.

Step 3: Select Regularization Applied for – Individual plot or Layout

రెగ్యులరైజేషన్ కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోండి – వ్యక్తిగత ప్లాట్ లేదా లేఅవుట్

Step 4:

A) If Individual plot is selected, enter the below application details

ఎ) వ్యక్తిగత ప్లాట్లు ఎంచుకోబడితే, దిగువ అప్లికేషన్ వివరాలను నమోదు చేయండి.

B) If layout option is selected, enter the below application details

బి) లేఅవుట్ ఎంపికను ఎంచుకుంటే, దిగువ అప్లికేషన్ వివరాలను నమోదు చేయండి

Step-5: ICICI Payment gateway1 and ICICI Payment gateway 2 are provided and the user can select one option and proceed for payment.

దశ -5: ఐసిఐసిఐ చెల్లింపు గేట్‌వే 1 మరియు ఐసిఐసిఐ చెల్లింపు గేట్‌వే 2 అందించబడ్డాయి. ఒక ఎంపికను ఎంచుకోండి మరియు చెల్లింపు కోసం కొనసాగండి.

చెల్లింపు గేట్‌వే ఎంపికపై, దిగువ పేజీ కనిపిస్తుంది

Download or Print your Receipt after Payment success.
